The 2025 GWTL Mentoring Program is designed for experienced tech leaders and ambitious professionals looking to accelerate their growth, either as mentors or mentees. Our structured, AI-powered platform ensures high-quality mentorship, measurable progress, and a strong leadership network.

Top Tech Mentors

✔️ 15+ years of experience in technology, business, or leadership
✔️ C-level, VP, or Senior Director experience in a tech-related field, Certified Coach by an International institution
✔️ Recognized industry leader, speaker, or published expert
✔️ Proven track record in mentoring and executive coaching
✔️ Global impact and cross-cultural leadership experience

Professional Mentors

✔️ 10+ years of experience in technology, business, or leadership
✔️ Manager, Senior Manager, or Director-level experience
✔️ Strong background in mentoring, career coaching, or leadership training

Remember that the mentor/coach is giving up their time to help you so make sure you’re spending both of your time as efficiently as possible.
  • When you ask questions, listen to the answers, and try your best to follow the advice given even if you think it won’t lead to the answer you want. Of course you are free to question the solution given but understand that you’ve asked a question because you’re stuck and following the advice given may lead to a new understanding you didn’t have before.
